my recent stay in Calabazo at Ecolodge Playa Brava Teyumakke was absolutely amazing. The view was stunning, the beach was quiet and romantic, and the food was delicious. It exceeded all my expectations and made for a perfect summer holiday.

Located inside a national park, this basic accommodation offers a perfect escape to nature. The 3-hour hike is rewarded with a quiet and calming beach, where the sound of the sea sets the perfect ambiance. The staff, especially Francisco and Julia, are attentive and the combination of hills, beach, and ocean provides a picturesque setting. the food is tasty and the cabanas offer a little piece of paradise.

The bed in the cabana was not very comfortable.

The on-site restaurant served delicious meals, and even though swimming wasn't allowed, we still enjoyed wading in the water. we highly recommend this unique and tranquil destination for nature lovers seeking a relaxing getaway.

While we knew in advance, it was a little sad that swimming in the ocean wasn't allowed. However, the staff recommended hiking to a nearby waterfall, which was beautiful but not ideal for swimming.

It was a secluded place, perfect for disconnecting from civilization. The staff were very nice and our private hut with a bathroom was perfect. The meals were delicious and in good quantity. we 100% recommend this place as a must-visit in Tayrona Park.
